Delivery

  • Do you deliver abroad?

We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union without any limits.
For all orders made outside Belgium, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on their destination.

For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, according to the legislation in force in his country of destination.

  • What are your delivery methods?

 Our delivery methods are as follows:

BELGIUM :

Bpost. Standard delivery without guarantee : at home: 7 € (up to 5 kg)

Bpost. Standard delivery with guarantee*: at home: €8.30 (up to 5 kg)

Bpost. Possibility of “letter” delivery if the package weighs less than 350 g and is A4: €4.20 at home.

Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days: €4 for a package up to 10 kg.

Mondial Relay. Home delivery: 6 € for a package of up to 5 KG.

* With guarantee: In the event of loss or damage, you will be reimbursed for the value of the contents of your shipment (up to a maximum of €500) + shipping costs.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE :

Bpost: Economy home delivery (no proof of postage or Track & Trace and no compensation in the event of loss or damage): €12 (up to 2 kg)

Bpost: Home delivery Standard parcel (with tracking): €16.50 (up to 10 kg)

* With guarantee: In the event of loss or damage, you will be reimbursed for the value of the contents of your shipment (up to a maximum of €500) + shipping costs.

Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days. : 6.00 euros in relay point (parcel up to 1 kg)

Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days. : 8 euros in relay point (parcel up to 5 kg)

Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days. : 10.40 at a relay point (parcels up to 10 kg)

The Netherlands : €8 (parcel up to 5 kg and delivery to a relay point); €7 (package up to 3 kg and home delivery); 10 € (parcel up to 10 kg and home delivery)

Portugal : €10 (parcel up to 2 kg and delivery to a relay point); €13 (parcel up to 5 kg and delivery to a relay point); 15 € (parcel up to 3 kg and home delivery)


    For relay point deliveries, your relay point must be selected after validation of your order.

    For certain destinations outside the EU, customs charges will be applied upon receipt of your order. A window will open on the confirmation page offering you the various relay points available near you.

    NO MODIFICATION OF ADDRESS, ARTICLES OR OTHERS WILL BE POSSIBLE after the validation of your payment. Please check the information entered carefully.

    We do our best to meet these delivery times, but they can sometimes be extended. Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed if the deadlines are not respected by their services.

    Occasional updates to our systems or cases of force majeure, such as particularly bad weather conditions, may lead to the suspension of these delivery services and/or an extension of the delivery time. However, we are doing everything we can to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Sweet Happiness cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages following specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.

    In a relay point, the parcel remains at your disposal for 14 calendar days.

    If it is impossible to deliver the parcel to the chosen relay point, you will receive an e-mail and/or a text message to choose to wait for it to reopen.

    After the 14-day period, the package will be returned directly to Sweet Happiness and we will not be able to send a new shipment without additional shipping costs.

    • How can I track the delivery of my order?

    To track the delivery of your package, all you have to do is bring the tracking number you received by email and connect to the carrier's website to find out its status.

    If your order has not arrived at its destination within 10 days in Belgium, please contact us and the delivery services.

     If you have not received your package although the carrier identifies it as delivered, please contact us by email . We are sincerely sorry and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    • Can I return my order?

    Do you want to return one of your products because it does not meet your expectations? You have 14 days to return your order to us for an exchange or refund. Please send us an email to inform us of your return. Without this email your return cannot be accepted.

    We accept returns of our products in their original packaging according to our general conditions of sale. The risks and costs of the return will not be refunded to you.

     If you received an incomplete order, Sweet Happiness is sincerely sorry. We invite you to contact us by email in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible by returning the missing item to you.

    • I received a product in poor condition, what should I do?

    A quality control is carried out before each shipment. If, despite this, your items are received damaged, it is important to contact us in order to proceed with an exchange of products.

    Please send us an email to sweet-happiness@outlook.com, explaining the situation with your proof of purchase dated less than 14 days (mandatory) and a photo of the defective product.

    Nevertheless, if you wish to wear your jewel despite its defect and you break it or lose it, we will no longer be able to make the guarantee work.

    • Are the products guaranteed?

    Jewelry sold on the Sweet Happiness site is not guaranteed.
    The stones are all of natural origin and the crystals are certified crystals.

    The jewelry must not have been in contact with chemicals or have suffered negligence.
    Traces of normal wear and tear cannot be covered by the warranty, nor deterioration due to handling error. (jewelry lost due to snagging, shock, tangled chains, discoloration of steel after 3 months of use. ).

    Stones and crystals remain natural materials and require attention.

    Interview

    Most Bohm jewelery is made of nickel-free, hypoallergenic stainless steel and adorned with faceted Crystal. All the stones being natural stones, they can sometimes present small irregularities. The color of the stone may also vary from piece to piece.

    The jewelry is treated to withstand everyday use, but it is best to follow these tips to keep the jewelry in the best possible condition:

    To preserve the shine of your jewel and its crystals, avoid contact with water, your perfume and your cosmetic products as much as possible.

    If you want to clean and restore shine to your jewellery, it is advisable to use a chamoisine.

    Chemicals are to be avoided because they attack the enamel of your jewelry and its crystals!
