Thanks to the firmness and softness of its fibres, the exfoliating body brush helps drain the lymph, detoxify in depth and firm the tissues. The mechanical effect of dry brushing rids the epidermis of its dead cells and leaves the skin soft and silky.

Firming ritual:

On dry skin for 5 to 10 minutes, practice brushing in circular movements (from bottom to top) firm, but light all over the body, in the direction of the lymph nodes (groin and armpits). By practicing this brushing daily, the skin texture is refined and the "orange peel" appearance is clearly reduced after one month.

Once brushing is finished, go to the shower and then apply your usual body products.
